Terms and Conditions
I certify that I am a licensed travel agent and I am requesting a referral fee for making an eligible booking for my clients. I understand that if my agent email address is disabled, missing, or otherwise invalid – Come Tuck Away is absolved of its liability to provide a referral fee payment. Claims for any missing referral fee must be made within 60 days of guest completing their stay to cometuckaway@gmail.com. If not claimed within the specified time period, Come Tuck Away is not liable for any payment that may have been eligible. The referral fee is per booking and requires a minimum 2 night stay. Eligibility for payment is only confirmed after the guest has completed their stay and paid in full. The referral fee is a flat $10.00 per booking.
