Regular Rate (Refundable): You may cancel for a full refund if cancellation is received before 3:00 PM at least one day prior to your check-in date. See full details below. Non-Refundable Rate (Save 5%): You have 24 hours after making the reservation to cancel without penalty and receive a full refund. After that, the fee is non-refundable and no refund will be issued for any nights booked and then cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGULAR RATE RESERVATIONS: Cancellations made within 1 day of check-in will result in a charge equal to 1 night. If a guest cancels during their stay, an additional night will be charged, and the remainder of the balance will be refunded. For example, if your stay begins on Day 24, you must cancel by 3:00 PM on Day 23 to receive a full refund. Cancellations made on Day 24 will incur a one-night charge with the rest refunded. Failure to cancel (no-show) will result in charges for all nights booked. Partial refunds are only available once a cancellation has been confirmed, and the policy is applied from the date of the cancellation.

ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

When you check-in, you authorize Come Tuck Away to place a pre-authorized $200.00 security/damage deposit on your credit card. This charge will be refunded after check-out if no damages or extras charges have not occured.
Please report any damages immediately. Guests may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs. You authorize these costs to be charged to your credit card.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a late check-out fee of $100 per hour. Early check-in must be requested in advance and confirmed by prior arrangement at least 24 hours before arrival. You can make your request by completing the special requests section on your reservation.
We are an adult-oriented property. The accommodation is not suitable for infants and young children as it is not child-proof.
No pets permitted.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes. You will incur a cleaning charge of $500 should you violate this rule.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No unregistered guests are permitted overnight or after 10:00 PM.
No parties or events.
No commercial photography.
Free off-street parking for one vehicle included.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any violation of the rules related to parties or events, excessive noise, disturbance of neighbours, the smoking of tobacco, cannabis or vaping, or any illegal activities or pets. Your stay will be cancelled without a refund, you will be asked to leave, and law enforcement will be contacted if warranted.
