Cancellation Policy And Other Terms and Conditions^*

REGULAR RATE RESERVATIONS: Cancellations made within 1 day of check-in will result in a charge equal to 1 night. If a guest cancels during their stay, an additional night will be charged, and the remainder of the balance will be refunded. For example, if your stay begins on August 24, you must cancel by 3:00 PM on August 23 to receive a full refund. Cancellations made on August 24 will incur a one-night charge with the rest refunded. Failure to cancel (no-show) will result in charges for all nights booked. Partial refunds are only available once a cancellation has been confirmed, and the policy is applied from the date of cancellation.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS: If you selected the Non-Refundable rate, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for any nights booked.

ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a late check-out fee of $100 per hour. Early check-in must be requested in advance and confirmed by prior arrangement at least 24 hours before arrival. You can make your request by completing the special requests section on your reservation.
We are an adult-oriented property. The accommodation is not suitable for infants and young children as it is not child-proof.
No pets permitted.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No unregistered guests are permitted overnight or after 10:00 PM.
No parties or events.
No commercial photography.
Please report any damages immediately. Guests may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs. You authorize these costs to be charged to your credit card.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any violation of the rules related to parties or events, excessive noise, disturbance of neighbours, the smoking of tobacco, cannabis or vaping, or any illegal activities or pets. Your stay will be cancelled without a refund, you will be asked to leave, and law enforcement will be contacted if warranted.
